Our pizza cones are made fresh and always delivered to you fast and hot.  The cone, imported from Italy, is the best pizza crust and a game changer in the pizza world.  Our famous sauce has some secret ingredients that will for sure having you craving more.   We have all the toppings you love and some delectable dessert cones. No need for utensils or plates, drink in one hand, pizza cone in the other.  Eat with ease, do not squeeze!

Why Use 00 Flour? 

Besides the level of the grind, the other big difference between “00” flour and all-purpose flour is how the gluten in each flour behaves. The gluten from durum wheat flour tends to be strong but not very elastic, while the gluten in red wheat flour is both strong and elastic. This means that with durum wheat, we’ll get a nice bite on our breads and pasta, but not as much chew. That’s why when combined with bread flour in pizza dough, 00 flour results in a chewy, crispy crust — the perfect duo! Those with a gluten sensitivity or gluten intolerance may have less symptoms with wheat-based foods in Europe. This is likely because of the types of wheat used in the EU and how they're processed. Simply put, 00 flour is extremely refined flourmade with only grano tenero (soft wheat). It is flour that has been milled and sifted as finely as possible and has had the wheat's germ and bran totally removed.
